I help creative teams turn complex problems into clear paths forward.

I'm a creative production and operations leader with experience across VFX, feature animation, game development, and publishing operations.

Throughout my career, I've been drawn to work that sits between people, process, and creative goals - understanding what a team is trying to accomplish, bringing clarity to what's getting in the way, and finding practical ways to move the work forward.

Sometimes that means shaping a production strategy or aligning stakeholders around changing priorities. Other times, it's improving a workflow, building a better system, or creating the structure a team needs to make decisions and execute.

The approach depends on the problem. The goal is always the same: leave the work clearer, more thoughtful, and better set up for the people doing it.

The work I'm most proud of usually starts with something complicated or unclear and ends with a team having a better way forward.
